No. They book on your own web page in a couple of taps — nothing to download and no login. To check or change a booking they just use their reference.
I'm not very techy — is it hard to set up?
Not at all. A guided setup walks you through it step by step and your site can be live in minutes. You can stop and pick up where you left off, and there's help on hand whenever you need it.
Is it really my brand?
Yes. Your name, colours, logo, font and even your own web address — your clients see your business, not ours. There's a small “powered by YardLoop” line in the footer; on the Pro plan you can switch it off.
How do I get paid — and is it safe?
